How It Works
Typically, a complimentary telephone meet and greet will be conducted with you to understand your needs for counselling.
After your first telephone conversation, we will set up an in person session, where you will discuss your situation and issues that brought you to counselling, and also define your goals.
Then, how often and for how many sessions you meet depends on you. Together, we can determine a schedule that is based on your availability, goals, and other commitments.
How do we meet for sessions?
I offer sessions online/virtually, by telephone or by video.
Virtual therapy works in a similar way to the traditional, face-to-face counselling sessions. For video sessions, we communicate on a PHIPAA & HIPAA friendly messenger platform in a similar way to Zoom or Skype. We can address most issues through virtual sessions, as effectively as face-to-face counselling.
